Chris Jacobi ~ CEO and Owner, JKP Staffing & Search

Chris joined the recruiting and staffing industry in 1995 as a team member of The Jean Kelley Companies after working for an international distribution company in Houston, TX. Chris and Jean Kelley co-founded Jacobi-Kelley Search, LLC in 1998 and in 2001 he became CEO and Owner. The company was renamed JKP Staffing & Search in 2012. In 1994, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a General Business major at Oklahoma State University. He was invited into the Rotary Club of Tulsa in 1995, has served on the board of the American Diabetes Association, chaired a fundraiser for the Ronald McDonald House, has been an active member of the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce since 1995, and is an active member of the Oklahoma Association of Personnel Consultants.

David Wade ~ Senior Manager of Recruitment, Tulsa Search Division

David Wade joined JKP in 2015 as a Senior Manager of Recruitment with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry placing Direct Hire Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Human Resources, and Supply Chain professionals. Skilled in Operations Management, Analytical Skills, Coaching, Sales, and Team Building. Strong recruiting professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Management from Southern Nazarene University.

Prior to joining the team, David worked as a recruiter focusing on both direct hire and contract to hire positions for the last 3 years. David thrives on building and fostering new and existing relationships with his clients and candidates to make the people we serve become our focal point, whereby building deeper relationships for the long term. Father of the 2 most adorable kiddos in town, whose negotiation tactics give him a run for his money.


Gretchen Gleason ~ Senior Consultant, Tulsa Staffing Division

Gretchen Gleason joined JKP in 2011 as an Account Representative and returned in 2016 as a Senior Consultant in the Tulsa Staffing Division. She is responsible for developing and earning new business by partnering with clients in all sectors of the Tulsa Metro Area business community. She will be focusing on the administrative support areas of Accounting, Finance, Engineering and Human Resources and will build relationships in all sectors including Energy, Manufacturing, Service, Healthcare, and the Banking Industry.

Prior to working at JKP, Gretchen spent 10 years in the I.T. Industry in continuing education training, course curriculum design, software upgrade implementation, and I.T. Recruiting. She is passionate about getting to know you, your vision for your business and how you fit into the fabric of our community. Only then does she believe she will be able to help you with your staffing needs. She is a wife to the most loving and incredible man on the planet, a mom to 3 outstanding kids (and one ornery bulldog) and a devoted Tennessee Vols fan.

Juliana Jacobi ~ HR Administrator, JKP Staffing & Search

Juliana joined JKP Staffing & Search as the Office Administrator in 2004 after several years in the oil and gas industry. She transitioned to HR Administrator in 2015 focusing on payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, diversity program development, and IT Help Desk.

Jenny Ray ~ Branch Manager, OKC Staffing Division

Jenny Ray joined JKP in 2012 as an Account Representative. She was promoted to Branch Manager of the Oklahoma City Staffing Division in 2014 and specializes in placing Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, and Direct Hire administrative, accounting, banking/mortgage, legal and clerical professionals in the OKC and Metro Areas. She is passionate about finding the right match between JKP’s clients and candidates. Jenny earned her Associates in Diversified Studies from OKC Community College and studied Human Relations at OU. Prior to joining the team, she worked in Business Development and Marketing. Jenny is a wife, mom, and a loyal Oklahoma Sooners and OKC Thunder fan.


Carrie Kellie ~ Staffing Consultant, OKC Staffing Division

Carrie joined JKP Staffing & Search in 2017 as a Staffing Consultant. She is responsible for Business Development and placing Temporary, Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire administrative, accounting, legal and clerical professionals in the OKC and Metro areas. She earned her Bachelors in Marketing at Emporia State University where she also received a scholarship to run track and field. Carrie is a Husker football fanatic (though she also likes the OSU Cowboys), and is a devoted fur-mom to 2 dogs and 1 cat. Go Pokes, Stingers up!


Sarah Warren ~ Front Office Coordinator, OKC Staffing Division

Sarah joined JKP in 2016 as the Front Office Coordinator. She is responsible for managing all administrative and payroll aspects of the Front Office while assisting both the JKP Staffing and Search Divisions with clients, candidates and special projects. Sarah has worked in customer service for several years and has a passion for helping others. She loves the OKC Thunder, cheers on the Texas Longhorns and is a default OSU Cowboys fan in a House Divided. When Sarah isn’t in the office she is spending time with her family and friends. She shares two puppies with her husband and couldn’t be more proud to be their dog-mom.
